We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager of Finance to undertake all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, as well as development of internal control policies and procedures.
Overall management of the UK and US accounting and finance operation.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of budget and financial forecasts and report variance
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
Be up to speed with respects to technical accounting issues for compliance
Support month-end and year-end close process
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
Manage and comply with statutory and regulatory reporting requirements and tax filings
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants and bankers
Be a business partner to Sales and operations teams
At least 8 years of accounting and finance experience
Degree in Accounting
CPA preferred but not mandatory
Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Strong experience in leading and managing a finance team previously.
